These one day workshops and courses in anger control, are open to anyone aged 18 +.
You may self refer or be referred by your GP or health professional.
The course offers a measurement of your increase in anger control as a result of the tools and skills learnt.
No previous knowledge of counselling or therapy required - further ongoing support and therapy offered to all participants. See an outline of the anger control workshops.
